I think it's coz of the shift in attitude of the audience/readers, I've seen it before where people who drop site links are hailed as hero for letting others know, so there's like an infestation of those who wanna drop it first, whereas now they are more careful and will shame those who will reveal it publicly + there's more appreciation for creators so as much as possible lots of contents advertise it on the official platform as support

we definitely getting old. i remember being 13-14 discovering these sites but people nowadays aint really that into it i feel. also the “hype” is gone so now only the real ones remain

AYEEE i mean lockdown does have a BIG impact on manhwas me and my friends always refer to lockdown era as golden era of mangago (i remeber this site being down multiple times a month bcs it got exposed on tiktok) and if u read bls i remember potn's writer got soooo mad
