it really depends on the author i think. it's not consistent. iirc, there's even a manga i saw where an alpha (male) can get preggo. i believe OxO pregnancy is also possible, but hard (depending on the author, but omegaverse logic is that omegas have low sperm count or sumn).
depending on who wrote the story, they can have both or no pp. coz in some works, alphas (males) get matched with alphas (female) to continue the alpha lineage.
