Yes the kids have grown up(tho in her presence they all revert back to their child form) and, no and yes. In the future she gets pregnant when she wants to.. + she is involved in the kids lives

I’m around chap 1000 in the novel. She currently has 16 official beast husbands and there are 3 more I know are for sure going to be a part of the harem soon. Someone else told me she eventually gets to 20+. Atp in the story, Sally has almost 50 kids
