This is all so convoluted, but also strangely nice!! I like the pace things are being revealed at – it didn't take long for the FL to realize the ML was acting differently, and now that it has been confirmed there are actually sensible and interesting factors keeping them "apart" (as in, preventing them properly communicating what happened, be it from external forces or internal convictions). While the FL did mope for a long time, it was to a sensible degree, and she managed to switch her mindset into helping Zadrun rather than just feeling sorry for herself rather quickly (if compared to other stories in this genre...) which is nice!
The way chapter 11 ends in specific (that is, what Zadrun says about Rosa's memories) is super interesting, too – and it makes me feel especially vindicated, because as soon as Rosa began thinking that "Zadrun's memories could've been altered" it just opened the door for the possibility of the same thing being done to her.
