U really thought u ate here. Bi ppl make up most of gay population. Gays and lesbians take up so little space compared to bisexuals. Plus they aren’t bi until the token man for lesbians or women for gays to show up. It’s pushing the concept it not gay u just need to find the right woman or man to change u.
Nah, but you dont have to strictly know what you like, sexuality is fluid, im not here to argue dickhead, (since i cant call you friend) im simply stating my opinion, which seems to have touched a nerve. What if you were crushing on a girl but the author wrote you as straight? Does that make you forcibly straight even though your heart wavers? Not everything is so black in white. The world exists in shades of murky grey so have fun being filled with hate because the story isn't going your way.
It seems everything went away. I'm not sure if the person blocked me or because I fixed the grammar mistakes kinda, that the comments went away. But I want to make this very clear as a lesbian my sexuality is not fluid. Lesbians and gays sexuality are not fluid at all. Our experiences are different from bisexuals and pansexuals. I stand by what I said if u don't like that then thats a u problem. This author and authors alike willingly or unwillingly played into the stereotype many gays and lesbian experience from our friends and family that we just need to find the right man or woman to save us. Its very harmful and I will continue to call ppl out when I see it.
It's not like that yk I was straight when I met a girl who was a lesbian fyi. We were friends, but I caught feelings for her, then I proposed her after quite a while. Yeah, I got rejected. Now, she is dating a Man. And I am... Single but I definitely am straight.
You do have inclinations but you can catch feelings for anyone for no reason. Here he met her when he was sickly with no friends. So it's normal for him to develop feelings yk.
No she was always bi but just didn’t realize it. This is a very common, unfortunately in the lesbian community. Plus ur not a lesbian u cannot speak for our existences. Definitely a straight woman. Lots of bi and pansexuals like to say their sexuality is fluid but the same does not apply to lesbians or gays. I can talk about this for ages but this is not ur space. Honestly im not sure why u comment under this post.
Girl chill out. Some characters are pansexual, and gender genuinely doesn’t matter to them.
As someone who’s pansexual, I don’t care about gender like if I like someone, I like them. That doesn’t make the character suddenly “not gay,” and it doesn’t mean love turned straight. Gender has nothing to do with how your feelings are.
If you like them then u like them. Gender isn’t the center of love and acting like it is just ignores bi and pan people completely.

I find it very disturbing that when a woman shows up in theses tropes the gay man is no longer gay. Likes she’s is his savior from homosexuality. Like why couldn’t she be a lesbian? A gay and lesbian couple would have been so cool. As a lesbian I would hate to see a yuri be turned into a straight romance Just because the “savior” man showed up.
Sorry for all the comments all over the place. I'm bad at replying to ppl vs just adding to the question.
