dyne with kouchi because caius got kidnapped and they think sefal is one of the perpertrators so they are trying to trick him and they are using the veil to make it seem like its caius bc dyne and caius have similar builds. :D
Literally explained in the chapter. Since sufal is being persistent to see kouichi and the king they are using the fact dyne has a similar build to the king to deceive him. If you look closely both still have their underwear on too behind the curtains. They are ultimately trying to figure out if sufal is an ally or not, if he isn’t then he can’t know the king is missing.
