found the japanese comments in the anime adaptation trailer on youtube said the novel author has passed away and also some replies on their twitter. there's no details as to why on their socials or from the publisher side either

fortunately the novel already complete with 3 volume on 2022 and has official english translation licensed on j-novel club. as for the manga it's still ongoing, the raws has 36.1 chapters so far
