my guess too! but they did test all guides in the center and said that mc wasn't the one imprinted so that's another question
Yes because the person he paired on time travelled back to another timeline making the pairing inexistent.
So even if Woojoo was tested he wouldn't appear to be marked as it has not YET happened.

In one chapter ml talks about some holes in a cave/dungeon that if you fall inside, it can teleport you to anywhere random. Because of that, it was easy for most to guess that mc will fall into one and get transported to the past where he'll meet ml as a child. But the, he get transported back to the future which is why he was never found in mls current timeline.
