Im sure like 70% that person is lying to Maria but 30% he might be telling the truth since he was with okaya's dad i assume. Or he could be playing on both sides and ready to switch to whatever side that will win, like if Maria chances to kill Okaya's mom are higher he will help her but if she can't, he will probably just help his cheif to kill Maria.
