The way Little A is overly empathetic, a chronic people pleaser and hyperfixate on things while readily accepting everything around him as normal gives me major "I will kill everyone but cry cause I'm sorry" crazy shit vibes but then he goes and do stupid cute things so I brush it off. Turns out there's really something about him. At this point, the doctor is the only normal person reacting in a normal way right now hahah.
