I am taking a break

I am dead tired of his fixation on that Rachel bitc*. It is so annoying. No matter how much I like Bam, his innocent mind is no longer endearing. It has just gotten pathetic and stupid. I am feeling bad for Koon and the other that joined him because of his "cause". He is almost to the point of Rachel annoying. And now she has gain power? I am totally over this. Until the final or if someone tells me she is dead, I will not be picking this up any time soon.

I'm sorry. I feel bad now. I was being sarcastic. I was trying to say that you can't let Rachel ruin your reading, come on!

Bam is awesome, but he needs to get his priorities set. His fixation on her has often cause danger to his companions. He can't give up on her but don't want to support her either.

Yes, I agree. Baam is making a lot of bad/dangerous choices to protect Rachel. I think he's lying to himself and telling himself that he's trying to be fair and compete with her in equal terms , giving her an opportunity to compete , but in reality he's trying to maintain her close to him. Instead of chasing and climbing after her, he's using his position of power to control her situation, putting an invisible Leach on her so she can't go too far away, forcing her to follow him. But I really believe Baam doesn't fully realize this, I think he's conflicted . Although it's funny how he's the one controlling the situation now...

Then you'll never read this again. Rachel happens to be the author's favorite character.
