The Novel about them was first, Egg Benedict, this is why there is not much about them in DTR, as it's a sequel. But I doubt we'll ever get serialization for EB, as... it may left some bittersweet taste and not be pleasant to read for DTR fans... <Spoiler> Nick after having sex with his best friend Kyle, is testing his 'preferences' and go on dates with Ash... not my fav parts honestly, and was hard to read... (but thankfully there was no sex at least)
I'm so curious about this couple and wish to see more. I am actually surprised the side story had nothing to do with them.
