2-3 hours of sleep is really not much. Maybe you should stay awake the whole night/day and you will fall asleep at night again on the next day. Sorry if this sounds confusing (≧∀≦)
I used to do that all the time. Stay up late. Hell, i still do it. Im naturally restless before bed and take a long time to fall asleep. I want to suggest something, but i still cant seem to overcome it.
Oh, what i find helps a bit, is pick a soothing, quiet song or album to play as you fall asleep. Always pick the same one. Or the same few episodes of a show really quietly. If you keep it up, that routine will naturally make you tired. This helps loads for me. (Only downside, i cant listen to those songs any other time of the day. Because then i get all sleepy.lol)
Okay. The main question is are you tired and falling asleep during the day. If not then there probably isn't a problem.
If you are tired and/or falling asleep then these help. A hot bath because your body cools down when you sleep and this will make your body think it's going to sleep. A glass of milk helps, something in it. Some people say warm milk but I find cold milk works fine. The music idea also helps. Have the same routine every night. Pick a bed time and go to bed and stay there. Don't get up or do anything no matter how bored you are. Definitely no naps. If none of that works, seeing a doctor is probably a good idea.

So I'm not able to sleep until 4-5 in the morning and that's actually a problem since I have to wake up at 7 am for school. ..
Does anybody know why this is happening or am I just a normal night owl..
