does anyone know or can guess what that blob thing fucking G at the end of ch15? i’m guessing it’s connected to what was revealed this chapter but idk ;-; did i miss smth cause i never see anyone speculating on it (￣∇￣")

I think it's a part of Q. Did you notice that when Q was lying on the operating table there was a blob on his stomach. He also apologised to the Doctor in ch 15 for it.
