thats because there are different unofficial scanlation groups (or individual) who post the story. sometimes these groups overlap too, resulting in repeated chapters. it originally started as a fan translation, but it is common on this website to upload official works once it is available (ppl usually pay for these; quality is much better, translation of names may sometimes differ too).

Why they need to redo again than just continue the volume than restart. It will be very confusing to readers to read it. Like you're just posting the 1st vol up to vol 7. It's so freaking messed up. If only you just have to continue what's already been there. Not only this manga but the others too. They're Just posting it the same chapters but you're making it more complicated. Unlike little mushroom you have to wait. For that chapter to release. Please just continue where did the chapter stop. Not post again the 1st chapter up to chapter 25 hayst....
