I didn't read it, still don't know if I read it in the future, but stay away from it if you can't stand torture, rape and etc.
Same universe, but doesn't belong to the two main series ( "...if you can", "Kiss me...") Different continent, omegas have it really hard there.
Pairing is dominant alpha x dominant omega, Asgyll/Khamar (that guy is some prince, also has a law degree...) x Jhon. ( I think it was those names.)
From what I heard the doctor, Norman Steward appears in that story. Also one of Keith Pittman's half siblings, Hayden Shephard ( the man with the eyepatch in the KML extras), and also another is mentioned or has a short appearence. Those half siblings will have their own stories in the future. Iirc it is mentioned there why Hayden wears an eyepatch, so if you want to read his story ( "Kiss me bait" was the title I think) when it's released, it might be an option to read a "Kiss the stranger", at least for that part.

Angel, the omega father should have one with 5 alphas. Iirc the title will be "Kiss me villains". It's about revenge. What is known is that a family friend found out that Angel (it's not his real name) was a DO, kidnapped and sold him to 5 dominant alpha families. It needs 5 dominant alphas to force a dominant omega into heat.

The impression I got is that the half siblings are getting along, but I think the Angel situation had a negative impact on them.
