I’m on chapter 18 and to me it seems like he did sleep around but he’s not really a playboy? He’s smitten with the MC and doesn’t sleep around while seeing her. He did sleep with his tutor (or at least they were both naked when they got caught) but there’s some plot relevance to it and it happens off screen.

Started reading some chapters and it seems like a misunderstanding. Can someone please verify if he’s a playboy? I’ve also read a comment saying he slept with his tutor. Is this true? Do we ever see him screw someone else in other panels? Asking because I’m not so sure my heart can take all this drama right now lol
