The most important person among the people with longing that needed to be resolved was Mikhail, who came from the Zero World, which was before Anastasia's first life in Korea. He made a bet with the god/godlike from that world and his soul was torn apart at each reincarnation, and Zero world is where the reason she was reincarnated 2000 times is hidden.
