it was a Romance tag for sure i dont remember if it had the fantasy tag tho the only part of it i remember is FL marrys or about to the ML but his childhood friend (i think there sick & i think were in a wheelchair to) lives/comes over all the time and the people (helper maids butlers) in the house tell the FL that childhood friend and ML are in love and FL is in the way and even the childhood friend mom or aunt picks a fight with FL i know the ML loves his childhood friend but i think it was only has a friend cuz the manga was not fully out yet when the drama of frined vs FL starts so im hoping someone can find it and its done or still going
