It was good, its not perfectly done and it has pissed me off quite a lot with Yirim's behavior, even towards the end. As someone who has grown around sports and athletes, I can assure you, a pro athlete missing ONE training camp is not that big a deal. Maybe the author doesnt know it because it looked like their knowledge comes from research and not experience(as mentioned by the author). Taking care of your partner when they're recovering after a fucking surgery is not a thing to be annoyed about. It just shows how much your partner loves you. Well, it always did look like Cheongho was more purely devoted to the relationship while Yirim lived a lot in his head. While I do understand where Yirim is coming from, that doesn't excuse his behavior.
But for a first work, its quite good, usually the first works of authors are filled with rape and a lot more stupid drama but I'd say this was good. It was great (and extremely rare, probably my 2nd or 3rd time seeing it. And I've read close to a thousand bls.) to see a seme stop during sex when he saw his partner was hurting. Also good to see an uke enjoying sex (not as rare as the seme thing but still rare).
