michan basically fought miseong using granny as bait, turns out it was an illusion & last resort to get miseong to kill him, they didnt have any resolve despite this whole conflict being about them & everything is rushed so that sucks... miseong turns emo because basically everyone he cares about is dead but then hey! plot twist, granny is somehow alive & well! the end! >> like, no kidding, that's it, nothing more.
