When Madara is introduced, the joke is that he's super friendly to everyone in the office and Tounome assumes it's because he wants to maintain a good work relationship and would just treat any client like that -- but instead, it's specifically because they're his boyfriends coworkers, so what he had been trying to express was a "please take care of Kikira for me~" kind of thing. (and Kikira had not told anyone in the office yet that Madara was the one he was seeing)
They are dating haha, it was extra confirmed in the anime as well
