From what I know based on other people that spoiled it, basically the MC actually not living in novel but living in ML past, then MC eventually will go back to the future (not explain how) and ML will wait for MC to appear again for 13 years. After that MC was coma for 1 year and that's how ML able to found him again. ML actually found him when he give MC novel but after he got hit by the car, suddenly MC disappear (this actually when he time travel to ML past). So basically ML already lost MC twice. ML will be protective (and possibly possessive) since MC been gone for 13 years.
Another conflict will be about MC have similar/same face with SML first love who also ML tutor, SML accused ML for being the reason of tutor dead, while she's (tutor) actually just dying from cancer.
ML first love and last love is MC.
There's not much of conflict in this novel, so don't expect breakup etc.
Can someone give some jaw dropping spoilers from the novel? THIS IS SO GOOD.
