It's been ages since I read this, but from what I can remember she is the real Juvelle. What Juvelle thinks is a novel was actually her own memories locked away to save her from being permanently traumatised as a child. Her mother had some sort of magical ability that allowed her to this.
yeah but what about the things said in the beginning?

it was mentioned quite a bit that juvelle’s mom taught her to think of her life as just a novel when things got sad/traumatic. her subconscious likely had her remember things as part of a novel to help cope when she regained her memories of the past life, so it really was her
I CAN'T GET OVER IT
LIKE the daughter died without knowing that her father truly loved her and the father is loving a random person who got revived in this novel as juvelle and he thinks that it's his true daughter and HE SAVED HER IM GONNA LOSE IT
