No , Sawato didn’t know he was amnesic and Daiki mentioned it casually with no ill meaning after he slept with him and I remembered him asking Sawato before sleeping with him ' are we lovers ?' , he just didn’t value the relationship between them and have sex with him casually with no feelings so Sawato felt he really did lose Daiki that he loved cuz the previous Daiki wouldn’t do that .
So in chapter 24 seems like the hit that Daiki took was the hit that made him lose his memory .. so in the hospital he was not the old Daiki but Sabato or Sawato still had sex with him and then cried! Did Daiki lied to him about his memory just so he can have sex with him? Or did he tell him that he might remember if he had sex with him ! Some body explain please!
