Pls help!

I'm looking for a BL story I've read before but I'm spacing the name. I remember one scene in particular where the bottom gets super drunk and buys a bunch of phone cases for everyone. He's sat against a wall and they are all laid out for people to choose from while he's nodding off(?). I wanna say it was a top-perspective story but it might actually flip between the two characters?
