Trying to find a bl mamwha

I'm trying to find this yaoi/bl manwha but i only remember one specific scene where the mc is tied upside down with rope from the ml's massive boat and they're havin an argument or smth and then the mc says ily before he's dropped into the sea but when the ml orders for him to be pulled back up w the crane but then realises the rope snapped and so he dove in the ocean to save the mc.
