I could be wrong so take it with a grain of salt,
from the spoilers I've read, Mc looks like the ML and 2nd ML's tutor who is also the 2nd ML first love, the tutor died of cancer but the 2nd ML doesn't know that and blames the ML for her death.

My spoiler could be wrong about the tutor but one thing is for sure that the mc is the ML's first and last love.
