She is dead he's also dead and that is them reuniting at afterlife. Most shows portray the characters young or when they were the happiest in their afterlife which explains why they were like that

Never thought I’d say this but it would’ve been better if she was dead. I really don’t like that you can zoom in and even see them embracing as old people. What is this ending?
