Oh, but I guess the afterlife thing makes more sense cause he got the letter 50 years later so I don’t even know anymore I don’t care
I’m just losing my mind because also when it first cuts to her on the ground, it looks like she’s an older woman so it’s time for me to log off and go to bed whatever all that matters is that they were reunited and they’re happy
Because it doesn’t really make sense he enters the house and then sees her so with that mean that as soon as he entered the house he died I know nobody wants to believe it, but I feel like it makes more sense that she was truly alive this whole time and that them being young is them viewing each other as they once were because at the end it cuts to them being old again, but I don’t know. Maybe I’m just freaking stupid. I guess I could see the afterlife angle too. It’s just weird how they went about it though.
