Basically, it was a bl manga omegaverse. MC (Ω) was bonded to another guy (a), but it wasn’t out of love. As said alpha had bonded/mated with other omegas. And MC got his mate/bond mark surgically removed.
To which, I think MC works in a cafe (?) and meets ML (a) and try and get to get MC to love him or something. I remember it being kinda sad, but more bittersweet. It may or may not be old man yaoi with older uke
