It’s definitely not just one person that results in the end of a website like these so mass harassing some guy who probably didn’t even know what they did was wrong is not the way to go. Batoto was probably one of the largest websites full of pirated manga, webcomics etc. And he was running a massive discord server. He was arrested for mass copyright violation and piracy not because someone shared it on TikTok.

As you know the other site is already down and now this sites in danger as well. Someone named (@useru1fxwvksux) in tiktok has posted a video with mangago name visible (including name of other sites as well). I think they are also responsible for the other site rn. Pls dont interact with their platform and lets mass report their account.
