It hasn't been confirmed that the new site is official, so I wouldn't trust it unless it's confirmed to be the new official site. It might be a fake site so you shouldn't login since it might hack your email so it's best to not login.
Idk I heard you can use it but people recommend that you shouldn't sign in because it could steal your info or something...
