shes alive, when they see each other its just like a "there you are, just how i remembered you" type thing. the author just did a terrible job and the ending was poop from a butt
Yeah but like, i dont want to think the ending to be like that cuz this kind of ending that the author made is actually shit so as a coping mechanism as a reader, it would be just to think it the way the ending that we want to, which Satoko should be dead and Shinpei died also and that there’s an alternate reality and they met again and viola!
They both died at the end and that’s just an alternate universe where she’s alive and waiting for Shinpei to come home i think thats what the author’s trying to do but she kinda messed it up (〜￣△￣)〜
