The bad guy is the MCs family that made the seme into this in the first place. Sealing him, who was once a human, in an urn to create a man made god to give them their wishes. Which as a result made the seme have multiple personalities from the trauma. Forgetting who he was.
He wants to go back into the urn to be potentially learn the truth and the mc in the past life. However mc refuses because 1. It’s traumatic. And 2. The personality that wants to is claustrophobic.
So the true villain is his family. The victims are the seme and mc. From what we know so far at least. Things may reveal itself later.
And the omega family branch are also victims, it seems the main branch promised to sacrifice their own blood to their man made god. They segregated a part of the family that had omegas, treated them like cattle and sent them to mugo, from what we saw from mc's life.
