Think about from her pov. You know the grand duke is an evil killer who is allied with the evil prince and kills you on your wedding day. A man pretends to be someone else to woo you and says he will save you and treats you well. When it’s revealed that he is the grand duke his love is automatically looked at as a ploy to get her into the marriage for his own personal gain. Now she doesn’t really know what the grand duke is looking for but she knows he kills his bride after the wedding so he doesn’t need her just the marriage. Would you be scared and run after the wedding or would you stay? Me personally I would get the FUCK out of there.
PREACHHH!!!! I hate it when readers say this and don't try to imagine being in her shoes. Imagine the WORSE character u could think of rn, would u not run away if they proposed to u/gave u signs of love??? If u never had love irl, then sure I get why someone would still foolishly say yes. But logically?? Let's not be dumb lol

The reveal is going to either tear my heart out with tears or their going to get over it in like 5 chapters and I'm going to be mildly annoyed pft there is no in-between /lh
I swear to feck if she ends up with the cat demon or anyone else for ANY duration of time I'm going to be upset. Because why tf would she. Sure I get the grand duke apparently kills or hurts her (honestly can't remember its been so long I've forgotten the plot from the start) but does his current actions not overwrite what she read(?) or saw? (Is this reincarnation, transmigration, or time reversal I can't remember, feel like it's one of the first two tho.) Like girl, he so clearly loves you and your different from the book/first life idk which, so ffs just adapt. People CHANGE. It's not a book(?) to you anymore, its a life. Istg it was reincarnation/transmigration idfk, too lazy to check ngl
