Yes and honestly I don't like how this manhwa keeps pushing the idea that he cannot change when he in fact was in no state to consent when isabella slept with him. And he was just sa'd in this chapter. This man may be trash but he's a victim of Isabella in both these cases. He did not cheat, he was sa'd.
Somone gave an extract from the actual novel in the coment section. It was from the chapter where he slept with isabella for the first time so it might take a while to find it. But i honestly recomend reading the coment. It goes into more detail about what he was acc thinking and It just clearly shows how its in his nature to just not be faithful.
Not to mention, crying about "he was sa'd" when he was sober enough to hold a boner, know exactly WHO he was having sex with, and choose to do it (tossed her onto the bed in the novel), is infantalizing him. He made a choice. Alcohol lowers inhibitions, it doesn't make you so horny you need sex with just anyone. Plus the way he treated her and bragging about sleeping with over a hundred women in this chapter all shows his character. Stop trying to make a victim of a shitty man. He simply thought he could get away with the mistake he made while his inhibitions were lowered and it felt like a good idea. Not SA.
I understand your point, and I remember seeing this comment a few chapters ago. But as this manhwa is an adaptation of the novel, I treat them as two different pieces. I remember thinking he really was trash when reading the exact from the novel, but it doesn't change the fact that this novel showed something different. I really felt uneasy reading the chapter she forced herself onto him. I understand that having the novel in mind you might not see it in the same way but as someone that had no prior knowledge of it, I was reminded of actual stories of sa. Because drunk people cannot consent, he was not tipsy, he was drunk enough he could not move properly. Again I understand that people that have read the novel might feel differently, it's just that if the manhwa intended to show cheating and not cheating, then it was made very poorly. Because you absolutely cannot see this man consent to sleeping with her. Again at the ball he did not want to kiss her at all and was forced to. If the manhwa wanted to show him cheating it should've been done better. I just cannot feel like he is responsible for this "cheating" situation with the way things were presented. I wish it was done better because I agree that it's not obviously sa either, the manhwa doesn't emphasize his consent or the absence of his consent, and we don't know how he feels about the night they spent (apart from the fact that he thinks of it as a mistake). The manhwa did a poor job of either reproducing what happend in the novel or changing it.

So two drunk people having sex is raping each other? Please grow up and join the real world. Making a mistake because you're drinking and your inhibitions are lowered isn't SA in this situation. You're so desperate to make him a victim when he's 0% victim. He's literally the same person as he was in the past, the only difference was he genuinely loved Ari in this timeline directly because of her changes. He's a cheating pos who cheated, not a poor widdle boy who got raped. He tossed that bitch on the bed and fucked her (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ while knowing exactly what he was doing. Keep gooning for a trash cheater ig
All he had to do was snatch the napkin, or whatever its called, from her. Bro made one pathetic attempt and gave up. Full on man cant take smth from a petite woman. If he really cared so much about not cheating he woulda tried a bit more to take the napkin.
You tryna make him into a victom is so embarrassing honestly
Omg THANK YOU lmao Exactly!! Imagine comforting your cheating lover like that. These morons are virtue signaling children who have probably not been drunk. It's not a magic elixir that removes all blame and consent. If he was sober enough to know what he was doing he wasn't raped. He knew what and WHO he was doing and they're still crying rape make it make sense!!

Yall he just got sa’d…
