Hi, I read the novel long time ago, so memories bit hazy and not very detailed but I'll share what I remember.
Uke is isekaid & reincarnated into the book. He was actually born and grew up, but he suddenly got his "past life memories", maybe around 12yo or something I forgot. Uke definitely act like the original (I'll write it as OG). OG is someone despicable, manipulative and opportunist. So when uke was still OG he was introduced to seme (younger), and the OG was supposed to seize the opportunity to become seme's guide. But suddenly uke regained his past memory, so it's override his OG nature. He told seme's father, he didn't want to be seme's exclusive guide. But he also told seme's father : please recheck the DNA of your son and don't believe who tell you he is not your son.

The background story (major spoiler). Seme is biological son of chaebol company. But the secretary of the chairman, I forgot why, told the chairman that seme wasn't his biological son, and forged false DNA test. The chairman then disgusted with baby seme, and sent seme to isolated island with villa. But in that villa, seme was famous as "not real son of chairman", so he was severely abused by rhe villa staffs. He was sleeping in very small warehouse as small as a cupboard (the novel version). But then seme on maybe 10yo or 9yo, I forgot, he awakened his esper ability. The chairman then reluctantly brought him back, and tried to find exclusive guide for seme, which supposedly OG body. Then, because uke (who regain memory) told that to chairman, the chairman once again check the DNA, and turned out, seme is really his biological son. He also fired his okd secretary. But the damage in seme's heart mind already deep. At that time, seme viewed uke as his savior, because his words made his father changed his attitude and seme no longer sent to isolated island.

Moving forward to present time. Seme is alpha. While uke is a beta. Both are rank S. Uke dream is being free guide, it means no exclusive esper because he want to help everyone. Then, in drunk party, seme slept with uke. It's not actually described as rape, but it's still non consent. But seme able to coerced uke, to be his boyfriend. Seme is growing up as manipulative and gwanggong. Uke is afraid of seme, a lot. He even dreamed the "novel story", where he was killed by seme. Or seme was in love with OG uke (original uke in the book). The relationship is bit shaky, seme is manipulative to make uke loves him, while uke confused if he like seme or not. Then there the real OG uke appeared. Uke was jealous over OG uke, thinking he will soon be replaced by OG uke. But seme also jealous of OG uke, thinking that uke put so much attention to someone else. Meanwhile the OG uke is, in fact, a fans of uke. But this all turned out well.

Later, there's this A Class (or S Class) guide, and omega, who was pestering to be an exclusive guide for seme. He is from rich family that equal to royalty (novel said so). He used many media framing to make it as if he and seme is destined partner, S Class guide and esper. Perfect alpha and omega. While uke is thorn in their life. A beta who doesn't know his place. Uke was under media scrutiny. Later. This guide is actually not high class guide (I think), but worse, he actually use narcotic which is very dangerous for guiding. Later he guided an A class esper, but the esper got poisoned because his guiding (because this fake guide is a junkie). Uke rushed to gave 1st aid kit guiding. The esper was hospitalized. But this guide made another framing imon media that uke falsely accused him. And the esper actually the one who used drugs. Uke was losing consciousness because his guiding was excessive. During his coma. Seme settled everything. Including releasing all BTS videos and unedited videos of this crazy guide, who he actually is. Seme also suing every bad commenters and people who rooted for the junkie guide. In the end, all is good, the crazy guy was deported back to his country.
Uke came to consciousness but know nothing. Seme really did everything for him.
There's also 2nd ML but it's kinda weird. He is from prestigious family, so 2nd ML father only want his son to marry someone from good background. He disapproved uke as his son guide because uke is from normal family and only a beta, even tho uke is high level guide. The 2nd ML, actually made uke believe that he is uke savior during dungeon break attack. But when uke remember the real events, the one who helped him was actually seme, but 2nd ML said it was him. It all broadcasted that everyone started calling uke as ungrateful for rejecting 2nd ML even if tho he is uke savior (that's the media narrative).
I forgot when, but seme actually put uke in basement, imprisoned him, gwanggong stuff. But no rape. When uke was released, seme took uke to another country, where he met the junkie guide's older brother, he is an S class esper. And very rude, he showed interest in uke in front of seme, when they were on a date in a cafe.
Seme took uke to his villa in isolated island where he grew up, and I think uke got ring artifact or something. I also forgot when, but 2nd ML made accusation that seme is having illegal drugs activity to change someone trait, 2nd ML believe that seme fed something on uke to make him change into an omega. Uke remember the days he was imprisoned, he ate whatever seme gave him. But uke didn't believe the accusations.

The story is mostly romance focus. With seme is very obsessive. Uke is very kind hearted angelic type. The arc mostly about false accusation over and over. Uke didn't do much almost always seme that get shit done. So there's no heavy plot. No arc about gates, monster, or any heroic stuff without romance in it.
