I think so! The way he resembles them both, though they could have shown that sweet baby's face. How the older two are his parents reincarnated. I mean we had alien gods and sorcerers, why not reincarnation?

I hope the third child is their real child reincarnated.. the scene where guan cried because they lost their only child hit me so hard that I cried so bad because he can't have another child of his own anymore.. ㅠㅠ
