Hey don't worry! It's happened to a lot users due to a site / cloudfare issue, I'm not sure on the technical side of things but rest assured, they will return, many people's lists have already begun being restored (I'm back at 700 now)
When your manga are restored depends on when you actually saved them to your lists - NOT your account creation date like many people misunderstand.
As far as what I read in the FAQs there's a specific order.
Already read > Reading > Want to read
Some users will find their reading or want to read are in the read list now (like in my case.) I'm sure something will be sorted after the initial restoration happens.
