Tei is a soldier to the core. He is following shuraka’s pleas bcos to him its an order from the higher ups (emperor>>>>> marquess). Also, its not explicitly shown but tei has very low self esteem.

not to mention he's known the ml since he was a child and protected him like family, probably looked at him similarly to how he looks at his real red head brother (in my opinion, that's why ml was staring at the brother), combined with admiration for what he perceived as a above-human being, so he's wrestling with the guilt and I would say distaste (to not say disgust) of having given into ml's sexual demands and by that relinquishing his moral stance partially
Then it's gonna be very tough for tei to finally love Shuraka as his lover because right now he is feeling Guilty or distaste of how their relationship is progressing (sexually) but I want to know if Shuraka is understanding his pov or is he thinking Tei also started to love him...
Oh he knows tei is not in love with him or even close to that. Any compliance tei does is because shuraka is an emperor and above him in rank (tei highk is very rigid to that ranking) and shuraka knows it too well. That is why he is nervous if tei distances himself or on guard and defensive ( borderline threatening like the banquet and to chase) if anyone tries to distance tei from him.
So Tei is forcefully doing all these kisses and all right but why is he feeling like this? Because the way shuraka is behaving I'm telling you I would have melted right away
