I heard that some older account from? 2014 15 have some of their list back. Meaning list might be comming back in older to newer. Also meaning that mine might only come back after days since I'm in 2020

yes they are, devs r maybe starting by old ones and all the way to new ones (im 2018 so when mine is fully back i'll post about it)
