Keep calm, the site went down and got back up. The devs are working to restore the lists, and they will start with older accounts first.

Thank you! I was not worried at all cos the notifs are still there. So i know that the lists are just hidden. It was honestly even more surprising how fast they brought it back up! I remember it taking more than days or weeks before.
