I think it was made for the official translation but since it also got uploaded here that's why its on both, but TBH it would have been great if they did it that way, so that it could have avoided double upload on the same entries.
In my opinion, there should be an upload for the official translation in a different entry with the official name of the manhwa/manhua/webtoon, that way people who are also doing translation (not the officials), it would not double on their entry
