Yes I'm already at 500+ already read (I had like 1600 but there's some progress). From what I understood it depends on when you added those specific mangas, so what we're seeing now are the ones that we added before a certain year. They're gradually going to come back for everyone either way (I made my account in 2017)
Ok I just checked, I added the last ones I see in september 2020 so we have 5 more years of mangas to go
please note that it's not about how old your acc is, it's about when youve started marking mangas. think of this like we're reading through a giant BOOK of everyone’s manga list, arranged by the exact time each manga was added (aka timestamps). Each timestamp is like a page in the book, and we read them from the oldest timestamps to the newest. Right now, we are reading timestamps from September 2020 (as of writing this post), so any timestamp dated later than Sep 2020 wont appear YET
That's probably why, they're still adding the mangas that people bookmarked in 2020. I'm assuming you probably started adding them after september of that year
