They aren't deleted you'll get them back.
don't worry, ppl whose acc were made in 2014 and 2015, as in earlier years, slowly got their reads back.
Currently 2019 users are getting it back and it has started for 2020 users too.

so yeahh it'll take quite some time but you'll get them back.

I think mine is 2019, and I have gotten a small portion of my "Already Read" list back, but no more yet.

It'll take time, even 2015 users are still getting their lists back, and its been over 24 hrs.

Mine is coming back. Before tho, my account got deleted then when I logged in again it came back and my list is appearing too. WE GOT THIS GUYS!
