Manwha reader here. It's pretty clear why she acts the way she acts.
But I feel people just get mad because they think they wouldn't act the same in her position.
They have no idea how it's like to be abused your whole life, escape, and then continue to live.
That shit doesn't disappear in a moment.
Also she's a women in knight times. There's only so much she can do. What she is doing now is pretty amazing.
I feel other readers lack empathy and insight.
you can really see which one who only reads the novel and the manhwa alone haha...funny how some of you gets annoyed by Maxi when you dont know why she's being like that in the first place
