Why are the list not coming back?

I created mine in 2014. Some of the users said they have their list back and I manually add some of my list. Is that the reason I'm not getting my list back?

Mangas marked on or before Dec 2020 should be back on everyone's list now. Check your lists again

It hasn't been updated, I manually put those based on my notifications.
