They aren't deleted you'll get them back.
don't worry, ppl whose acc were made in 2014 and 2015, as in earlier years, slowly got their reads back.
Currently 2020 users are getting theirs back

so yeahh it'll take quite some time but you'll get them back.

I genuinely thought it was only mine who’s reading list were deleted, this is so painful I don’t know most of the title I want to keep being notified. At least mangago is still alive but, this is just sad
