i don't think it should affect it but I'd say to be on the safer side just don't do it, you'll get your lists back in a day or two at most don't worry.

I don't think it should matter. From my technical experience, user credentials are kept separately from other user data. Your id or whatever is used to identify that data belongs to you is not dependent on your email. Credentials are usually only used for logins or for email notifs (for apps that have such)
But yeah if you don't need to change it right now, then just wait.
